Considering the actual outlay for fermented foods I immediately thought how can anyone decide on choice with such a tiny amount.
At 1p short of £15 inc postage Not good value for my money.

Beetroot kraut - “The one that’s smoky”
This Smoky Beetroot Kraut is full of flavour and good bacteria to support your gut. Are you a fan of smoked paprika and garlic?! Look no further - this product will blow your taste-buds out of the park. Best enjoyed with literally anything!
Ingredients:
Red cabbage, Beetroot, Apple, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Salt.

Ginger Carrot - “The one your kids will eat”
Referred to as the one your kids will eat, this Ginger Carrot has a subtle fermented flavour with the sweetness of the carrot and the flavour of the Ginger. It is simple, yet delicious and is perfect for those people new to ferments or kids who turn up their noses on stronger flavoured ferments. Start your kids on these and you will be surprised that over time their taste for healthy food increases (ours now enjoy a variety of salads!)

Hot Kimchi - “The one that’s Korean”
This Hot Kimchi is truly HOT. Tread careful. Our Kimchi is gluten and soy free! We absolutely LOVE it, but then again - we are quite biased... If you are like us and have some Hungarian heritage, you will the spiciness of this ferment! Try it for yourself - you won't regret it.

Pineapple kraut - “The one with pineapple”
This Pineapple Kraut is full of flavour and good bacteria to support your gut. Do you prefer your ferments sweet and sour - or just an unusual (but VERY addictive) taste? This ferment goes really well with curries and other dishes that benefit from a sweet and healthy side.

White cabbage, Pineapple, Ginger, Turmeric, Salt.

Sauerkraut - “The one that’s Hungarian”
This Sauerkraut is full of flavour. Inspired by Hungarian cuisine (because, Roberta, our founder is Hungarian). It is not the usual sauerkraut you would find anywhere else. (OK, again, we might be biased). We carefully tested the quantities of each spice to arrive to this precise recipe. Contains millions of bacteria for a healthy gut!

White cabbage, Apple, Mustard seeds, Black pepper, Bay leaves, Salt.

IMPORTANT: Take care when opening as there is a gas build up. Keep in very cold temp < 5°C.

All our ferments are made of vegetables, fruits, spices and salt. We do not add any preservatives, nor do we pasteurise our products. You will find no nasties here. Enjoy!
