First time trying any of the varieties and this one was absolutely delicious. The right amount of heat and crunch for me, thank you Roberta.
The Komchi is amazing. I eat it as a side veg with everything I eat.

This Hot Kimchi is truly HOT. Tread careful. Our Kimchi is gluten and soy free! We absolutely LOVE it, but then again - we are quite biased... If you are like us and have some Hungarian heritage, you will the spiciness of this ferment! Try it for yourself - you won't regret it.

IMPORTANT: Take care when opening as there is a gas build up. Keep in very cold temp < 5°C.
